To register and maintain a 77tg account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Restriction: 77tg strictly prohibits the use of its services by persons under 21 years of age. Any account found to be held by an underage individual will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
77tg reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including valid Philippine government-issued identification — at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be established to the Company's satisfaction.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active 77tg account. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. 77tg will close duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 77tg account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77tg login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 77tg will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 77tg conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Accepted Philippine IDs include passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, and PhilSys national ID.
All deposits to your 77tg account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 77tg supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and approved over-the-counter channels. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering measure. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 77tg processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within five (5) minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfers typically settle within one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
All 77tg account transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion applies to PHP transactions. Any transaction originating from a non-PHP source will be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate applied by the payment processor.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 77tg reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance deduction to inactive account balances after the twelve-month threshold, subject to prior notification to the registered account email address or mobile number.
All bets placed on the 77tg Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (casino, sportsbook, bingo, sabong). These product-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game or section and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
In the event of a technical malfunction, 77tg reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Bets placed after an event's outcome is determined — due to data delay or system error — will be declared void. The Company's decision on all disputed bets is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure described herein.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and may be varied at 77tg's discretion.
77tg offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to withdrawable funds upon completion of applicable wagering requirements. Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim sign-up bonuses, structuring bets to exploit bonus mechanics, or coordinating with other Players to manipulate promotional outcomes — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus balances and suspension of the account.
77tg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material change to its terms.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 77tg Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Where 77tg reasonably suspects a Player of engaging in any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.
All content on the 77tg Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphic designs, logos, trademarks, text, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to 77tg and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any 77tg Platform content without prior written authorisation from the Company. Unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of 77tg's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77tg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
77tg does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party network issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability. 77tg shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 77tg's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude liability under applicable Philippine law.
77tg collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 77tg account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, regulatory reporting, and personalised marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive them).
77tg complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines (DPA), and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
77tg is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all of its products and services. The Company provides a range of player protection tools accessible directly from the 77tg account settings, including deposit limits, session time alerts, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion facilities.
Self-exclusion may be requested for periods ranging from one (1) week to permanent closure. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the elected period has fully elapsed. Upon closure of an account for cause, 77tg may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where it is determined that the balance represents legitimate funds unrelated to any breach, it will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method on file, subject to applicable deductions.
Players wishing to close their 77tg account voluntarily should contact customer support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute, the Player should first contact 77tg customer support, providing full details of the issue. 77tg aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. If the complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
The parties agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
